Guides
Let others schedule time with you by sharing a simple link. Don't Double Book Me checks all your connected calendars for conflicts, so you never get double-booked.
Unlike standalone scheduling tools, Don't Double Book Me combines booking links with calendar syncing. Your availability is always accurate across all your Google and Microsoft Outlook calendars, and booking is built right in.
Create your account by signing in with Google or Microsoft. This connects your calendar so Don't Double Book Me can check your availability when someone tries to book time with you.
You can connect multiple calendars across Google and Microsoft Outlook. All connected calendars are checked for conflicts when someone books through your link.
Create Your AccountChoose a username and set your timezone. Your booking page will be available at dontdoublebook.me/username.
Your profile is public and shows your available event types. Only your free/busy status is visible—your calendar event details are never exposed.
Define the types of meetings people can book with you. For each event type, configure:
Your booking link follows the format dontdoublebook.me/username/event-slug. Share it in your email signature, on your website, or anywhere you want people to be able to schedule time with you.
When someone clicks your link, they see your available time slots. They pick a time, enter their details, and the booking is confirmed instantly with a calendar event created for both of you.
By default, everyone lands on our confirmation page once they've booked. If you'd rather send them
somewhere of your own, set Redirect URL after booking on the event type and we'll take
them straight there instead. It's useful for a thank-you page, an onboarding form, or anything you want
someone to see next. The address needs to start with
https://.
We add the booking details to the end of your URL as query parameters, so your page can greet people by name or record the booking:
invitee_name
and
invitee_email
tell you who booked.
starts_at
and
ends_at
give the meeting time in UTC.
booking_type_name
is the name of the event type they booked.
Any query parameters already on your URL are kept, so campaign tags like
utm_source
still work. If you happen to use one of the names above, ours replaces it.
Treat these values as a convenience for what you show on the page, not as proof that a booking happened. Anyone can open your page with whatever parameters they like, so don't use them to grant access or record anything you can't afford to be wrong.
One thing to keep in mind: these details end up in your page's address, which most analytics tools record. If you run analytics on the page you're redirecting to, check that it's set up to handle names and email addresses the way you want.
Start with a 1-week free trial (no credit card required), then enjoy calendar syncing and booking links for just $20/year.
