Three steps to a booked meeting.

Set it up once. The link keeps working as your calendar fills up.

Share your link

Create an event type and share its link by email, chat, or on your site.

They pick a time

Guests see only the times you are actually free, checked against the calendars you picked for that link.

It lands on your calendar

The booking is added automatically, with a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link if you want one.

Why it's different

Availability you don't have to manage.

Each booking link reads only the calendars you choose for it, so your open times are always correct without any manual work.

Always-accurate availability

Each booking link checks the calendars you choose for it. Book something on one of them and that time stops being offered. No manual blocking, no stale availability.

Included, not an add-on

Booking Links come with your plan at no extra cost. No separate scheduling subscription, no upsell to unlock the basics.

What you get

Everything you need to take bookings.

Shareable links

One link for each event type. Share it by email, chat, or on your website.

Availability rules

Set weekly hours for each event type and adjust specific dates with per-day overrides.

Buffers and limits

Add buffers before and after meetings, and cap how many bookings you take per day or per week.

Meet, Teams, phone, or in person

Auto-generate a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, or set a phone or in-person location.

Approve before you commit

Require your confirmation before a booking is locked in. Guests get confirmation and reschedule emails automatically.

Group bookings

Let several guests claim the same slot when you run a class, office hours, or a shared session.

What are Booking Links? +
Booking Links let you share a page where people pick an open time to meet. When they book, the meeting is added to your calendar automatically.
How is my availability calculated? +
For each booking link, you choose which of your connected Google and Outlook calendars to check for your availability. The link only offers times you are free on those calendars, so there is nothing to block by hand, and your availability never goes stale.
Which calendars and meeting types are supported? +
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Meetings can use a Google Meet link, a Microsoft Teams link, a phone number, or an in-person location.
Can I control when people book? +
Yes. Set weekly hours, add per-date overrides, add buffers before and after meetings, and cap bookings per day or per week. You can also require your approval before a booking is confirmed.
Does it cost extra? +
No. Booking Links are included in your existing plan at no extra cost, on both Personal and Team plans.
It's in beta. Can I share feedback? +
Please do. Booking Links are in public beta and available to every account, and we are still shaping them. If something is missing or you have an idea, reach out and tell us what would make Booking Links better.
