Don’t Double Book Me connects your two Google Calendars and automatically syncs events where your availability is set to Busy, based on your preferences. You can control event visibility, decide whether to include all-day events, set specific working hours, and choose how event times are rounded.
How far in advance does Don’t Double Book Me sync events?
Don’t Double Book Me syncs events up to 2 years in advance.
Does Don’t Double Book Me store any of my calendar events?
No, we do not store any of your calendar details on our servers. Events are synced directly between your calendars. You can revoke our access to your calendar at any time by disconnecting your calendars from our service or from Google’s Third-party apps & services.
Why are events created by Reclaim and similar tools skipped in Don’t Double Book Me syncs?
To prevent looping issues where the same events could be endlessly created and synced between your calendars, Don’t Double Book Me automatically skips events that are identified as created by Reclaim or similar tools.
Is Don’t Double Book Me secure?

Yes, security is paramount for us. We protect your email, access token, refresh token, and Google identifier with AES-GCM encryption, ensuring all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Your information is safely handled with the highest standards of security.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Can I control the visibility of synced events?
Absolutely. You can customize how the events from one calendar appear in the other, such as marking them as busy without revealing specific details, ensuring your privacy is maintained.
What are working hours, and how do they affect syncing?
Working hours are the times you set during which events can be synced. Events outside these hours can be automatically adjusted to fit within your specified timeframe or ignored based on your settings.
How does the rounding of event times work?
You can choose to round the start and end times of your events to the nearest 15 or 30 minutes. This feature helps in maintaining a cleaner, more organized calendar appearance.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you have a choice to be able to use the service until the end of your current billing period or opt for a prorated refund.
Do you support Microsoft Outlook or Apple Calendars?
